My name is Lashawn McBride. I'm the mother of the CEO and founder of Serenity Living Transitional Home (SLTH), a non-profit agency that offers housing and supportive services to homeless young women in the Pittsburgh area. I have watched and supported my daughter, Ashley Moorefied, as she started and now operates this organization. SLTH not only offers housing for 6-8 homeless women per year, they also offer life stabilizing classes for an additional 20 youth and young adults in the area. SLTH is an organization that Ashley started two years ago with minimum funding. Although, 75% of the budget has been self-funded, she could really use your help! I am graciously asking that you support our mission by donating $10 per month for 10 months. That's right! $10 a month for 10 months ($100 for the year) would help 26 youth and young adults receive SLTH services, FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR! Will you give today?
